All our reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Dome's require a full deposit for the number of guests. Tables inside don't require any reservation.

Do we have to dine in a Dome?
Our restaurant inside is available for groups of any size where you can order from our Festive À La Carte Menu. Our Domes are available for groups of 6, 7, and 8 and require dining from our Dome Festive Menu.
When are your Domes available?
Our Domes are available on select dates from 12th December.
How much do the Domes cost?
Our domes cater for 6, 7, or 8 guests and our Dome Festive 3 Course Menu is €75pp and includes a welcome cocktail. There is no minimum spend for dining inside.
What menu will you be serving?
We have carefully curated a fantastic festive À La Carte menu, along with a three-course festive menu for our domes.
How many guests does each Dome accommodate?
We can host up to a maximum of 8 people per dome, and each group will have their own dome exclusively. The minimum number of guests is 6.
Do I need to pre-order any food or drinks?
No. Our Festive Menu includes a bread selection, a choice of starter, main course, and a selection of mini festive desserts. Choices will be taken on the night. Due to the seasonality of our produce, there may be some slight alterations made to the menu.
Where are your Domes located?
Our Domes are dotted all over the terraces of our Rooftop, boasting beautiful views over Palmanova Bay and the Mallorca coastline.
How long do I have the Dome for?
Our evening slots are 2 hours.
What time does my booking start?
The time slot will be clearly listed during the booking process. We always suggest arriving 15 minutes before your dome slot time, and you're welcome to enjoy a drink before or after you have had dinner. Our bar will be open until 11:30 each night, if you wish to continue the merriment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a full deposit for each number of guests. Cancellations are accepted 72 hours prior to your reservation. Notify us via email by replying to your booking confirmation or emailing info@originpalmanova.com. Social media messages and phone calls cannot be accepted as cancellation notice.
Can I bring decorations?
We kindly ask guests not to bring decorations with them.
Is the Dome heated?
Each dome does contain a heater, enough to keep it very cozy all night, but we still advise you to wear clothing to suit the weather.
I’m trying to book online but can’t see the time I want?
Tables inside and domes are only available to book from 12th December for select dates in December and January. Our online booking shows the most up-to-date availability, so if your preferred date and time is unavailable, they are likely fully booked. Due to high demand, we do advise booking as early as possible.
Do I pay in advance or on the day?
For À La Carte bookings inside, we don't require a deposit for groups under 8. For Dome bookings, we require the full menu amount for the number of guests. Additional spend can be paid on the night.
Can under 18s join us in the igloo?
Yes. Although we can only serve alcohol to those over the age of 18.
Can I bring my dog?
Although well-behaved dogs are allowed in our venue, we unfortunately do not allow dogs into our domes.
