Grab a friend, or two or ten, and join us for the best gin tasting in Mallorca. With the guidance of our gin expert, you’ll learn all about the history of this magical spirit and gain a fascinating insight into its distillation process. You will learn technique on presentation and how to pair individual flavours. We will take you on a tour of the world of gin in its classic form, the gin & tonic.

After an arrival glass of fizz, you’ll be invited to our Roof Garden for an introduction to some of the herbs and fruit we use to garnish and infuse. Moving along, we begin the tasting session with 5 carefully selected gins (including the fantastic and local Palma Gin), accompanied by Franklin & Sons tonics and a variety of homegrown aromatics. You’ll be provided with tasting notes for each to help you identify and appreciate the subtleties of each gin’s botanicals.
