Join us on our special tiki-focused masterclass. You will learn about the history of rum along with trade secrets from one of our top bartenders. You will become a master at making a selection of our renowned Tiki Cocktails. Expect fun, drinks & exotic garnishes!

We will welcome you with a glass of cava and a lei, with some classic tiki music to create the mood. Learn the history behind rum and the creation of the "tiki" concept. Then learn how to make some classic and signature tiki drinks, while getting hands-on to make your newly learnt cocktails.

• 1.5/2hour* private Tiki Cocktail Workshop Workshop at Origin Palmanova.
• Welcome glass of cava and leis.
• Learn and taste a variety of different rums, the process behind their creation and techniques on what rum matches what sort of drink..
• Learn how to make three tiki cocktails, expect fire, exoctic garnishes and tropical flavours.
• Get hands-on, jumping behind the bar for a muddle and shake.
• Tapas and nibbles provided
• After the workshop, celebrate your new knowledge with a cocktail on our roof terrace enjoying sea views over Palmanova Bay

Our Tiki Cocktail Masterclass costs €70 per person and available on select days at 3pm throughout the season. Booking and a deposit is essential. Call or contact us to book.
